1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using LandverseAI, including its games, scenarios, explanations, scores, and related materials (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. When the Service presents an acknowledgment, selecting the checkbox and choosing “Agree and start training” confirms your acceptance of the version identified in that acknowledgment.

2. Educational simulation only

LandverseAI is an educational simulation—not professional advice. Its scenarios are fictional, simplified, and incomplete. A response described as a “best training answer” applies only to the limited facts stated in that fictional scenario.

The Service does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, brokerage, appraisal, valuation, engineering, environmental, surveying, land-planning, zoning, insurance, title, accounting, or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for property-specific investigation or advice from appropriately licensed professionals.

3. No professional relationship

Using the Service does not create an attorney-client, broker-client, agency, fiduciary, consulting, advisory, or other professional relationship with LandverseAI, its owners, operators, contributors, or content providers. No communication through the Service should be treated as confidential professional communication.

4. Real-world decisions

Do not rely on the Service to evaluate, market, price, acquire, sell, finance, develop, subdivide, zone, survey, insure, close, or otherwise make a decision about any real property or transaction. Before acting, you are responsible for:

  • independently verifying all material facts, ownership interests, rights, restrictions, measurements, deadlines, and requirements;
  • reviewing current laws, regulations, ordinances, contracts, professional standards, and market conditions in the relevant jurisdiction; and
  • consulting appropriately licensed local professionals for the actual property and decision involved.

5. Variations and changes

Real properties and transactions differ. Laws, regulations, zoning rules, market conditions, technologies, and standards of practice vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Information that is appropriate in one place or situation may be incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate elsewhere.

6. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LandverseAI does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. Scores and explanations are educational feedback, not certifications of competence.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LandverseAI and its owners, operators, contributors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, transaction losses, professional claims, or property-related losses arising from or connected with the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of those parties for claims connected with the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the Service during the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

8. User conduct

You may use the Service only for lawful educational purposes. You may not misrepresent LandverseAI content as property-specific professional advice, remove or obscure its notices, interfere with the Service, or use its content to mislead another person.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, games, scenario text, explanations, branding, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to LandverseAI and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal or internal educational purposes.

10. Third-party information

The Service may refer to third-party professions, sources, tools, or websites. LandverseAI does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, conduct, or advice.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

LandverseAI may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes may be presented through a new versioned acknowledgment. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. General terms

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the agreement concerning use of the Service except where additional written terms expressly apply.
